Parkinson's Foundation this October
Carl built BeechBand after his own Parkinson's diagnosis. We're proud to support the amazing work of the Parkinson's Foundation.
When life starts to shrink around you, it's the small things that count.
Nobody warns you that it's the ordinary moments you miss. Not the big occasions. The cup of coffee. The shirt button. The sentence that wouldn't come out while everyone waited. Those little moments add up to a full life, and they matter all the more when you know what it's like to live without them.
Things you never used to think about now take thinking about
What was automatic has become something you plan around. That's tiring in a way that's hard to explain to anyone who hasn't lived it.
You've done the research. You're wary of the hype
You've seen enough miracle claims to last a lifetime, and you'd rather someone was straight with you about what they do and don't know.
And you want something you'll actually keep up
Nothing to remember, nothing to book, nothing to learn. Your calendar has enough appointments in it already.
Wear it. Feel it. Let it work.
A gentle, repeating pulse
Slow, steady and entirely predictable, rather than the sharp buzz of a phone. A rhythm like that tends to settle rather than alert, and that idea sits behind the whole design.
There isn't one
No exercises, no sessions to book, no app to open. Put it on your wrist and carry on with the day you were already having.
Consistency, not intensity
We recommend 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 12 weeks. They don't have to be consecutive hours. What matters is the total time and doing it most days.
people have chosen to wear one
Invented by Carl Beech after his own Parkinson's diagnosis, and now worn every day by people across the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
10% of every sale goes to the Parkinson's Foundation.
Carl built BeechBand because of his own Parkinson's diagnosis. Research is the reason anyone gets a better answer than the one he got. So for the whole of October, 10% of every sale goes straight to the Parkinson's Foundation.
The Parkinson's Foundation makes life better for people with Parkinson's disease by improving care and advancing research toward a cure.
You don't have to choose between helping yourself and helping the research.
Buy one in October and you do both.
Try BeechBand for 100 daysCampaign disclosure. What wearing one is actually like
Moving about your day
BeechBand is designed to support a steadier, more settled feeling while you're walking, moving around the house, or just getting from one thing to the next.
Ellie shares what that's been like for her. Individual experiences vary.
The ordinary things you'd rather not think about
Eating, holding a cup, buttoning a shirt. BeechBand is designed to help you feel more capable and more in control of the small tasks that make up your day.
Alex describes the difference to his. Individual experiences vary.
Talking to people, and feeling like yourself
The gentle rhythm keeps working in the background without asking for your attention, which is the whole point.
Gary and Mark talk about their own experience. Individual experiences vary.
A normal day, with one thing on your wrist

Out walking
To the store, around the block, or to the end of the driveway and back.

Talking with people
On the phone, over lunch, in the moments you'd like to feel more settled.

Using your hands
Eating, pouring coffee, buttoning a shirt.

At home
Reading, watching something, sitting with family. It stays on and stays quiet.

Quiet moments
The parts of the day that are just yours.

Getting on with it
You shouldn't have to stop your day to look after your wellbeing.
Honest numbers, including the awkward ones
Some people notice something quickly. Most don't.
We'd rather tell you that up front than have you give up after two weeks. These are customer-reported figures, and individual experiences vary.
“I wasn't looking for a miracle. I was looking for something I could stick with. BeechBand quickly became part of my day.”
Jenny · verified customerWhich is exactly why you get 100 days.
Our recommendation is 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 12 weeks. That's 84 days. Your guarantee runs to 100, so you can complete the full recommendation and still have two weeks in hand to decide.
“I've never seen anything like it.” We met Mark at a conference in Phoenix, and we still can't believe how it went for him.
Mark · verified customerBuilt by a patient. Worn by people like you.
No athletes, no ambassadors, no paid endorsements. Just customers who agreed to film what happened.
Other wearables measure your day. BeechBand is designed to support it.
Your smartwatch counts your steps, logs your sleep and hands you a chart. Useful, but it's a record of your day rather than something that does anything for it.
A full day of wear on a single charge, so there's nothing to think about until bedtime.
No app, no account, no pairing. Nothing to set up and nothing to check.
One purchase, no subscription. Nothing is locked behind a monthly fee.
25% of profits donated to charity and cure research.
Built to be worn all day, every day

A full day on one charge

- Something you wear in the background of a normal day
- Invented by a man living with Parkinson's, for his own everyday life
- A one-off purchase with no subscription and no locked features
- Not a medical device, and not FDA cleared or approved
- Not a treatment or a cure for Parkinson's or anything else
- Not a substitute for your medication, your neurologist, or your care team
- Not a tracker. It doesn't measure or report anything at all
- Not waterproof, and not to be worn while charging

- Not right for everyone, which is exactly why the 100-day guarantee exists
Charge it, then put it on
Around 2 hours from any 5V USB-C charger. We suggest starting on your stronger side, then trying the other, because it genuinely differs from person to person.
Switch it on and forget it
You'll feel a gentle, repeating rhythm against your wrist. One charge covers a full day of wear, so there's nothing to think about until bedtime.
Build up your 8 hours
They don't have to be in one stretch. Plenty of customers build it up across the day, a couple of hours at a time, and it adds up the same. If you find it takes adjusting to, start with 10-minute stretches.
Give it 12 weeks
Some report noticing something quickly, for many it's gradual. That's what the 100 days are for.
We built this because we know what it's like.
After his Parkinson's diagnosis, Carl Beech worked out a rhythmic tapping technique for himself, and found it made a difference to his days. The trouble was that it took a spare hand and constant attention, which isn't much of a solution for anybody.
So he brought in two co-founders to turn it into something you could simply wear: technology expert Nick Whiteley, and business and innovation expert Mark.
He was solving his own problem first, which is the whole point. More than 90,000 people now wear the result, and 25% of profits are donated to charity and cure research.
Looking for more information?
I have Parkinson's. Should I check with my neurologist first?
Yes, and we'd rather you did. BeechBand is a wellness product, not a medical device, and it isn't a substitute for anything your care team has you doing. Bring it up at your next appointment, or call ahead if you'd rather not wait.
This matters especially if you have a pacemaker or have had deep brain stimulation. Talk to your doctor before using it.
Will it interfere with my medication?
BeechBand isn't a drug and doesn't interact with one. It's a wristband that vibrates gently.
That said, never change your medication or your schedule because of anything you read on this page. BeechBand is designed to sit alongside whatever you and your care team have already decided. Any changes to your treatment are a conversation to have with your doctor.
Is it FDA cleared or approved?
No. BeechBand is a general wellness product. It is not FDA cleared or approved, it is not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, including Parkinson's.
Formal clinical trials have not been completed. We'd rather tell you that plainly than let you find out later.
I'm buying this for my husband, wife or parent. Any advice?
A lot of our orders come from care partners, so you're in good company.
Two things worth knowing. First, it helps enormously if the person wearing it is on board rather than surprised by it, because the whole thing depends on them putting it on each morning. Second, the 100 days exist precisely so this doesn't have to be a leap of faith for either of you.
What will BeechBand actually do for me?
It gives your wrist a gentle, repeating vibration for as long as you wear it, and it's designed to support a calmer, steadier and more in-control feeling as you go about your day.
Why a rhythm, though? Because a slow, steady, entirely predictable pulse is a very different thing from the sharp buzz of a phone notification. It's closer to the constant background rhythm every one of us is surrounded by before we're born. A rhythm like that tends to settle rather than alert, and that idea sits behind the whole design.
We won't tell you what it will do for you specifically, because we don't know and it varies. What we can point you to is what our customers say in their own words, and the 100 days you have to find out for yourself.
How does the October donation work?
For every BeechBand 100E bought here between October 1 and October 31, 2026, we donate 10% of the purchase price to the Parkinson's Foundation. That's 10% of the sale, not of profit, so it doesn't depend on how our month goes.
This is separate from the 25% of profits we donate to charity and cure research. Your purchase isn't tax deductible as a charitable contribution, since you're buying a product rather than making a donation.
$75 seems low. Is it any good?
Fair question. The price is low because BeechBand does one thing rather than twenty. There's no screen, no GPS, no heart rate sensor, no app subscription and no marketing budget the size of a phone company's.
Carl set out to build something affordable on purpose, because he'd seen what people living with Parkinson's get asked to pay.
