To double check compatibility, visit the Google Play Store, select your watch from the drop-down menu (top left) where it says, ‘The Device’, and search for BeechBuddy. It should indicate whether the app is compatible with your device – great news, if so. You should be able to download and start using the app straight away.   

Don’t give up just yet.   

IMPORTANT: Ensure that you have selected your watch in the Google Play store as it defaults to your phone/tablet’s, ‘This Device.’ Compatibility is specific to your watch, not your tablet or phone.   

Hopefully that’s resolved any unexpected compatibility issues and you can start using the BeechBand app straight away.    

We have to be 100% honest and say we don’t know for everyoe.. The feedback suggests that the BeechBuddy app can benefit many users, however, results will vary depending on the individual and their specific needs.      

Some experience immediate dramatic improvements, others are more subtle and may develop over time.   

 We have reports of users with chronic symptoms, including those caused by neurological conditions, feeling more comfortable during movement, communication, or daily tasks.

It won’t work for everyone. But we hope you’ll still join our supportive community and share your story. This is just the beginning of our work.  

Both Apps are now available. If you have an Android watch that is running Android 6 or above or 8 and above you can download BeechBuddy from the Google Play Store or if you have any Apple Watch running watchOS 10+you can download from the App store.

• On your watch, navigate to apps  
• Select the BB app icon to launch it  
• When opened, it will show either a green START button or red STOP button  
• Choose START and away you go!   
• Don’t forget to join our supportive community online and let us know how you get on  

Press the red STOP button if it is displayed.   

If it’s not visible, as it may be ‘backgrounded’ by Android after some time, go to the app listing, select the BB icon again to bring it back into view, and then press STOP.   

Go to apps, select BB, and hold down until prompted to uninstall.   

Then, press OK/YES.   

It’s fair to say that the app does use significant battery power while in use, making it more suitable for occasional rather than continuous use for severe symptoms.

It’s ideal for shorter periods when you want a boost, whether that’s enhancing sports performance, supporting your wellbeing, or helping you stay sharp and focused — perfect for executives preparing for presentations or important moments.

This product is designed as a wellness device, not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Many users report meaningful benefits from using the device as part of their daily wellness routine. For example, some people say they experience improvements in areas such as relaxation, sleep quality, focus, or general wellbeing. Even members of our own team — including Carl — have personally found it highly beneficial.
