Here’s your simple Quick Start Guide to getting the very best from your new BeechBand:

Charging Your BeechBand

  • You will need a USB-C charger for your BeechBand.
  • For safe and optimal performance when charging, always use a certified safe USB cable and a plug/socket or power bank that outputs the standard USB voltage of5V.
  • The BeechBand takes up to 2 hours to fully charge, and the battery will last up to 8 hours.
  • When you charge it, a red light will appear, and when it is fully charged the light will go green.

Wearing Your BeechBand

  • For best results, wear your BeechBand for:
    • 8 hours each day
    • 7 days each week
    • For a minimum of 12 weeks
  • Try not to focus too much on the band — just let it do its thing in the background.
  • Everyone’s experience of BeechBand is different.
  • About 25% of users notice an immediate effect, but for many people it can take 8-12 weeks to see changes. This is completely normal.

Top Tips:

  • Gradual Introduction: While the ultimate goal is 8 hours per day, a very small number of people may experience mild nausea or headaches when first starting out. If this happens, we recommend easing into it. Begin with just 5 minutes of wear and slowly increase the time eachday as your body adjusts.
  • Consistency is Key: Research shows that people who wear the band for longer periods each day and stay consistent over several weeks tend to experience thebest results. Stick with it — you’re building momentum over time.
  • Optimal Wearing Position: We recommend wearing the band on your least-affected side, but feel free to experiment. You can try it on either side, on your ankle,or even on your sternum or inside your bra. Many people have found success with different placements. The most important thing is that the band maintains direct contact with your skin.
  • Strap Replacement: If you find you need a longer strap, no problem. The BeechBand is compatible with any 20mm-wide strap, which can be easily found from many suppliers.
