BeechBand Returns Portal: Quick Guide

The returns portal is currently only available for UK customers. If you have placed an order from outside of the UK and wish to return it, please email support@beechband.com


 

We want to make your return simple and efficient! Please read the steps below carefully. Choosing the correct return reason is key to ensuring your request is handled quickly and according to our policies.

 


 

🧭 Step 1: Are You in the Right Place?

The Returns Portal is only for returning the BeechBand model BB-100D.

📧 When to Email Us Instead (support@beechband.com)

Please contact us directly via email if you need to:

  • Return Other Items: For example, straps or merchandise.

  • Change an Address/Fix an Order: The portal can't change shipping details from the original order. See Reason 4 below.

 


 

🟢 Step 2: Choose Your Return Reason

1. My BeechBand isn't working or has a defect

This covers an electrical or manufacturing fault.

  • Policy: Your return must be within our 6-month warranty, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

  • What's Not Covered: The warranty excludes damage from accidents, physical modification, or water/liquids. The BeechBand is not waterproof, so water damage is excluded.

  • When going through the portal, please choose the option to "Replace my faulty BeechBand" when prompted to choose a like-for-like replacement.

2. I didn't see the expected benefits within the trial period

This is for customers who've used the device but feel it isn't right for them.

  • Trial Period: BB-100D is 100 days.

  • Don't Rush: We encourage you to use the full period! Consistent use over several weeks is best for your body to adjust and feel the benefits. Check our support page for tips.

  • If it's still not right after continued use, you can proceed within your trial window.

3. My BeechBand doesn't fit

This is for comfort or sizing issues.

  • Try our alternative strap! Many customers find that an alternative strap solves fit issues and makes the device comfortable and effective. UK customers can find a range of options on our website.

  • If a new strap doesn't help, you can still return the device under our policy.

4. There was an error with my order

This applies if you received the wrong item, or if the order details were incorrect (like the shipping address).

  • Received the Wrong Item? You can proceed through the portal.

  • Need to Change the Shipping Address? 🚨 STOP! Do not use the Returns Portal. The portal cannot be used to change or update a shipping address. To resolve an address error quickly, please email us immediately at support@beechband.com. We'll get it sorted for you ASAP!

 


 

🛑 Step 3: Final Checklist

  • Return Period: Make sure your return is within the correct timeframe (6 months for a defect, or your specific trial period).

  • Condition: Items must be returned in the condition they were received, unless they are faulty.

  • Return Postage: Customers cover the cost of return shipping for non-faulty items. Please use a reliable, trackable service to ensure it reaches us safely and quickly.
