BeechBand Return and Warranty Policy


Warranty for Faulty Products (All Models & Accessories)

All BeechBand products come with a 6-month warranty covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase.


This warranty does not cover: Damages resulting from accident, misuse (including exposure to liquids, as the BeechBand is not splash-resistant or waterproof), or modification.


If a product is found to be faulty within this 6-month period, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund.


Return Window by Product

The timeframe for returning a product if you no longer want it or did not find the expected benefits varies by product:

 

BeechBand BB-100D Device

Return window 100 days

Full, "quibble-free" refund, provided the device is in like-new condition.


Accessories (Merchandise, Straps, etc.)

Return window 14 days

Full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original, resaleable condition.

Return Postage: Customers cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. Please use a reliable, trackable service to ensure it reaches us safely and quickly.

 

2. For All Other Returns

For merchandise, straps, older BeechBand models, or any other products, please contact our support team directly to arrange your return.
