Invented by a Parkinson's patient
After his Parkinson's diagnosis, Carl Beech worked out a rhythmic tapping technique for himself, and found it made a difference to his days. The trouble was that it took a spare hand and constant attention, which isn't much of a solution for anybody.

The case measures 48 × 53 × 17mm and the whole thing weighs 40 grams with the strap on, which is about the same as a chunky watch.
The strap is 20mm and fully replaceable, so if you'd prefer a different one, any standard 20mm watch strap will fit. We sell longer options if you need one.
Wear it on either wrist. Many customers try both sides before settling on one.
Before first use: charge it fully with any 5V USB-C charger. Roughly 2 hours. Red light means charging, green means full. Switch it off while charging, and never wear it while it's charging.
Day to day: put it on, switch it on, get on with your day. Take it off at night to charge.
The 8 hours don't have to be in one go. Plenty of customers build it up across the day in shorter stretches, a couple of hours at a time, and it adds up the same. What matters is the total time and doing it most days, not wearing it in one unbroken block.
