Here are some important points to keep in mind to enhance your experience with the BeechBand:

  • Varied Effects: Remember that only 25% of users may notice an immediate impact. It's completely normal for results to take time.
  • Daily Use: Once you receive your BeechBand, simply put it on and continue your daily activities. Avoid fixating on it for the best results.
  • Optimal Wearing Position: We recommend wearing the band on your least-affected side. However, feel free to try it on both sides or even on your ankle.
  • Strap Replacement: We offer a variety of different straps to the silicone one provided - see here for details. Alternatively, if you need a different or longer strap, you can easily replace ours with a 20mm wide strap, which is available from many suppliers.
  • Consistency is Key: Research shows that those who wear the band the longest each day and for several weeks typically experience the best outcomes.
  • Gradual Introduction: If you experience nausea or headaches when first using the band, start off using it for short periods (e.g. 10 minutes) and gradually increase the duration of wear over time.
  • Charging Issues: If you suspect your band isn't charging, try using a different cable and plug. If problems persist after multiple attempts, please reach out to us at support@beechband.com
